restless sleep disorder
Sleep Disorder?

I wake up restless and unrefreshed all the time. I never get a good nights rest and I want to know why.

I go to bed at 10:30 and wake up at 6:00 I think that’s plenty of rest.

Anyone know if I could have a possible sleep disorder?

Thanks!

Ask your doc for ambien…not the new CR, the old one..10mg….miracle drug!
