I would like to asleep easily and as often as not my baby!

The world is a child Oyster … they do not want to miss a beat! This is why they tend to fight for sleep. Had you something exciting happening (a concert, a party), you would not sleep either. They think that every minute is exciting. And they have no words to say if or when they are tired, they must show with agitation and crying (it's how they communicate). If we as adults, we recognize the benefits of sleep and how we feel well after … babies and young children may not think so. Just as it seems they are forced to miss some fun:)
