Insomnia to solve?
Basically, I terrible insomnia. I literally days without sleep, and if I do not sleep, it is on the day, and I'm up all night. Today it is 4:00 in the morning, and I can garuntee that I have atleast 3-5 hours more when will sleep at all. I was perscribed meds, but left horrible taste in my mouth, and they are three types of sleeping pills have (the the latter two will be for approximately two months, probably less, then simply do not will work for me at all). Be a natural remedy there, or should I must try, my doctor med else?
